A space for exploration and support
Step 1: You looked for help
There’s nothing wrong with needing some help, even if that’s just someone to talk to and process with when you’re going through challenges.
Step 2: I’m here for you
You don't have to navigate everything on your own. I'll walk alongside you as we explore what's happening, make sense of what you're experiencing, and work toward what matters to you.
Here’s what working with me could look like:
Relationships, family systems, culture, environment, and life experiences can all shape how we experience ourselves and others. I care about all of it, and think about you and your context.
Curiosity over judgment
We can explore difficult patterns without reducing you or your relationship into singular problems or labels.
Connection matters
I'll bring my training and perspective, but your goals and values help guide the work we do together.
Practical + Reflective
We won’t just talk about what happened. Therapy involves insight, reflection, and concrete tools that you can use in daily life.
Your therapy is yours
